C# API development with MS SQL

I am looking for a developer with experience in C# API development and MS SQL. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

Functionality:
- Integration with third-party systems
- Batch execution of API's and fault management
- Schedule

Data:
- Handling text data
- Inserting data into tables

Endpoints:
- The project consist of integration of 2 end points
