ACC File Transfer Application Development

I'm looking for a developer to create an application for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) that can transfer files and attributes from one project to another.
Key Requirements:
- Primary programming language: C#/.NET
- Experience developing applications for Autodesk platforms
- Knowledge of ACC's file transfer processes and protocols
- Ability to publish applications on the Autodesk App Store
The application should be able to handle various types of files, including but not limited to:
- Documents (e.g., PDFs, Word files)
- Design files (e.g., DWG, RVT)
- Media files (e.g., images, videos)
If you have experience with the Data Management API, Document Management API, and Project Management API, it would be a significant advantage.
