To write/create a network driver for Windows

I want to use Windows 8.1, but there is a problem/there are no drivers for this operating system on the website of my motherboard manufacturer. There are drivers only for Windows 10 and 11. I need you to modify the network driver I need for the Windows 8.1 operating system. The name of the network driver is Intel(R) Ethernet (14) I219-V connection . I don't speak English. My language is Russian. It is desirable that you speak Russian. Thanks
