I would like someone to write Program Design

I would like someone to help me write Program Design and to be able to :
Explain the different stages of the software cycle
identify the method used in gathering customer needs.
Produce a design solution for typical data processing problems.
Convert from code to pseudo code and flowcharts and vice versa
