windows 7 and + security certificate

I have a program that access webpage for information. some on the computers will access with no issue, but others has issues when trying to information from site. I am getting security alert with yellow triangle on "the security certificate has expired or is not yet valid"

the window clock is setup correctly by need a fix with batch so I can deploy to other computer.
