a traffic light system using computer vision with raspberry pi and esp32 wrover

I am looking to have a traffic light system developed using a combination of Raspberry Pi 4 and ESP32 WROVER. The system must be capable of real-time processing, monitoring general traffic movement, without needing to identify specific types of vehicles. I would like the project to be completed in Python or C/C++. The traffic light system is for routing traffic around construction zones, an overall picture view is attached. Traffic lights will be equipped with RYG LEDs attached to ESP32s. 2 ESP32's will send traffic movement information to a raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi will then send back appropriate LED GPIO pin to signal traffic.
