I will need an expert in C to complete 2 simple tasks (the 1st is related to condition variables and the second to semaphores). This is 1-2 hours work at max and I can pay $20 USD max in an hourly basis (for less fees). I will be happy to give 5/5 stars rating if everything is fine :)
