[C] PC screenshot function

I have PC screenshot function code(Using direct-X).
Some program block my screenshot function.
If I try to capture a screen then they give me pure purple color screen(Image composed with only one color)
I need a robust Screenshot function that can pick a shot from any program.
Only need C(not C++) function source code can be inserted main program code coded by pure C(API).
Please use windows standard DLL only(do not use self-made DLL.)
