ros simulation to connect with gcs -- 4

hi,
I want to run drone simulation with px4/mavproxy to connect with my gcs (java/nodejs/.net apps)
Codes for these gcs are available only in my pc and should be set up locally at least.

my budget: usd 100
you will have to work on my pc via screen sharing tools such as tv anydesk or zoom

any codes should be shared with me and documented for any explannation.
