programming and training of in house machinist

I am looking for a skilled programmer and trainer to help with a project that requires programming and training of an in-house machinist. Currently, our HAAS lathe & mill have prior programming using Fusion 360. We need someone who can fulfil our specific training objectives for the machinist, with the goal of completing the project within a month. The programming language needed is open to discussion, as we are unsure which exact language will be most suitable.
