Reading and interpreting binary data from a VR headset. You will
need to open the binary file containing the headset data, read the data points in chunks and process each chunk. The name of the binary file will be provided as the first command line argument. The next three command line arguments represent individual bytes that form a 3-byte delimiter where the delimiter separates the stream of binary data into chunks.
