program a honeywell burglary alarm

I'm looking for an experienced and reliable programmer to program a basic intruder alarm system for a Honeywell Vista alarm system. I have the manual, so the programmer should have knowledge of how to best use it in order to program the alarm. The programmer should be familiar with the various features of the Honeywell Vista alarm system, as well as the hardware and wiring necessary for the successful installation of the alarm system. The programmer should also be capable of creating a program that appropriately detects intruder activity and sets off the alarm when necessary.
