LC3 program -- 2

I have a program that I need to be written in LC3, I am starting construction of a game for my personal being to just experiment and test out new things with. I need a specific part of this code done so I can study it and how it works. This code will not be used for anything except studying. It has specific criteria that I need to be followed so that I can do my part to finish the code. This needs to be completed using the application known as PennSim
