A partner to assist with the development of an AI powered construction management application

I am looking for a partner to assist with building an AI-powered construction management application. Specifically, I need help with both front-end and back-end development, and I plan on incorporating AI/ML and NLP into the application. For this project, I prefer to use Python as the programming language. I am looking for someone with experience in developing web applications who is up-to-date with the latest technical trends and tools.
