I need vigilante programmers

Hi, I am fucking sick of drugdealers spamming everyone with messages and the police not caring. I want to spam terror them back, install spyware on their phones and making their job difficult. I hope and believe many feel the same way? I am willing to invest in this, if skilled programers are willing to help this case. I am not rich and cannot pay a high salory but I believe this is a problem for everybody and if the right people can help, there would be a lot of opportunities.

I get sms messages from drug dealers offering me all sorts of things. I actually dont have anything against drugs as such but when messages as that come on my phone out of the blue and I cant get it stopped (even called the police) I get pissed. I have a family and kids and wtf, I dont want them to grow up with shit like this... Im an engineer, unfortunately not within computers and programming but I have ideas that could be put into practise to fuck these assholes. Give me a PM if you are on to this!
