In need of software developed to be used on a raspberry pi 3b+ for an Axe Throwing Venue

I need some software developed for an Axe Throwing Facility, It will need to run on a raspberry pi 3b + attached to a 1080p projector via HDMI and a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I want the ability to have a few different games customers can select and have examples of such games if needed like "hit 10" and "Tic-Tac-Toe". This will be for an Axe throwing venue so will need the ability to have a scoreboard similar to a bowling ally with a maximum of 6 player names inserted for a session. Has to have the ability to set timers (60, 90, 120 minutes with the ability to add increments of 15 minutes) and must be able to set and store lane numbers, Customer names, and axe coach names for each lane.
