I need a c++ programmer to code algorithmic trading strategies -- 2

I need a c++ programmer to code algorithmic trading strategies. He/she should have some understanding of financial markets and experience in coding algorithmic / automated trading strategies in C++. Strategies will be given by the traders, the programmer only needs to code them in C++ in a very optimized manner so the code can run / execute very fast.
