I need a programmer

we have a website which has a running program attached to an outside source for creating prices basis of current market costs. Our program is receiving a response for the outside source "missing URL' the party that wrote our program is off the map and the person that last helped us with a similar problem several years ago, I have lost any contact info. we use Big Commerce as a host site . If you are familiar with big commerce you may be able to help us, please advise thanks
