I need a programmer

I have a folder with many subfolders named ex: 18.11.23 [.Pictures] - [WY] <description>, 18.11.23 [.Pictures] - [YJ] <description>, 18.11.23 [.Pictures] - [YJ] <description>2. I want to place the contents of all the folders with the same date (ex: 18.11.23) into 1 folder.
