I need pine Script program that every 15 minutes look list of assets for alert of two trading view indicators and alert me

I am in need of a pine Script program that can monitor a list of assets every 15 minutes and provide alerts based on two specific indicators. The indicators that I would like to be alerted on are Vumanchu and RSI. The alerts should be sent through desktop notifications.
