Please only bid if you have developed image processing software. This is NOT image processing work, this is to build an image processing desktop application.

We have a desktop app for windows, built with C++ and winUI3. This is processing images. IT is almost compelte, just need further support about support and processing vectoral images, and allow processing images by vectors. More details will be shared by short listed candidates...
