I need a VST3/AU Plugin Developer

I need a plugin that can take route audio from a DAW and send it to a standalone link running on our internal servers for listeners to hear in an audio browser. Audiomovers has their ListenTo plugin that does this, but our company is migrating away from using 3rd party providers and want to run as much in house as possible. It doesn't need to be fancy - We prefer performance over aesthetics
