I need a Raspberry Pi Zero W developer

I have a 4 channel LED light for horticulture that needs the 4 channels using PVM to be turned on an off based on a daily schedule/calendar using PI Zero W.. Every hour the 4 channels of PVM may change. The LED light fixture has an LCD display that displays time, date, IP address of the light. Multiple lights can be programmed using a web browser communicating to one or more of the lights. We have some code that was written for our test program controlling the light hardware manually successfully adjusting LED intensity per channel by manual command, with also the LCD display of status working. Also designed are the looks and feel of the screen skins for the user interface. Development time expected should be one month. Based in Colorado. Must be a US based developer to facilitate shipping of hardware.
