C++ - nRF52840 Bluetooth (Send Packets >20 bytes)

Hi. I have two Adafruit nRF52840's. One is a CENTRAL and one is a PERIPHERAL. The Bluetooth standard for UART is a maximum of 20 bytes per packet transmission. I need someone who can work with me in C++ to design a data transmission system so I can send small or large amounts of data (EG: 8 bytes or 433 bytes) and have it automatically split the packet into equal parts of 20 bytes each so it can be sent from CENTRAL to PERIPHERAL.
