macOS App StoreKit 2 Integration (in-app purchases)
Budget: $100 – $200 USD
I am seeking an experienced software developer to integrate StoreKit 2 for in-app purchases within a macOS application written in C/Pascal WITHOUT using Xcode.
Because the application is made without Xcode, integration with StoreKit 2 needs to be done in a custom way.
The app contains a few premium products to be sold as non-consumable in-app purchases. I need to implement the basic functionalities of initiating the purchase flow, checking if the user already owns the products (in case of re-installation of the app), and so on.
I only need your help to handle the StoreKit stuff. Everything else, e.g. delivering the premium content, etc. is already done.
Requirements:
1. a function that tells me if the user owns a product or not,
2. a function to launch the purchase process
3. other basic functionality that is required in these cases (this is the first time I publish on App Store and I'm not familiar with all the details of the system)
I already have an active Apple Developer account, and will provide product codes etc. But it's the first time I do this, so some guidance from you may be necessary.
Important point about C and Pascal:
The macOS application is written in Pascal and compiled with Lazarus FPC, but if you are only fluent in C rather than in Pascal, I think this can work. Pascal can use C headers just like a C program. Therefore, if you are properly qualified to do this job, using C, and the only thing that you miss is the corresponding sufficient knowledge of Pascal, then perhaps we can still make it work, working together. Of course, if you are also qualified in doing this work in Pascal itself, of course that's the best solution.
The app can be downloaded here. Notice that it uses a proprietary license code system (the blue form in the start page) and that's where the integration with Apple's App Store in-app purchase is needed.
