C language coder

I'm looking for a C language coder to help write some new code. The complexity of the code is at an intermediate level, and I have specific instructions for what I need the code to do. The coder should be experienced in writing code and be able to debug any issues that arise. If possible, I'm also looking for the coder to optimize the code to maximize efficiency. As this particular project is for a client-facing product, it is important that this code is clean, organized, and most importantly reliable.
