fix small program

- task is that when run a file which is already on the list then it'll appear an alert window with ok/cancel button, if clicked on "ok" then nothing will happen, if clicked on "cancel" it'll close the file just run
- 2nd, make the list to be saved in a txt file and load when run the program, right now the list is cleared after restarting the computer
