embeded programmer

I am looking for a talented embedded programmer to help me with my latest project. The programming language I need for this project is C. As far as the type of embedded system, I'm looking for someone experienced in developing projects for microcontrollers. This project will take more than 4 weeks to complete, so I need someone who has the time and skillset necessary to finish the project in the allocated timeline.
