Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Customer details:
Name, telephone, email address (should be saved so that when I put in a name that is saved I’ll be able to select it.
Order details:
Order number (sequence), item code, item details, option to add a comment for every item, size (S/M/L/XL), quantity, price (auto-calculated), currency (ILS/USD)
Payment:
Payment method (cash/cc/QuickPay/bank transfer), (cc details), option to update when received payment.
Delivery details: (all details are for both: self-pickup & delivery unless specified differently)
Delivery method (self-pickup/delivery), delivery date (Hebrew dates?) (date & time), delivery address (street name, house number, floor, apt no. for delivery only), contact details (phone number), number of labels needed.
Attached note:
Order number on the note, Export to Word in custom template that fits the card size
Export labels:
item details, comments, delivery details, note to attach (yes/no), option for multiple labels per order (ex. 1 out of 5)
Export credit cards to charge:
Cc details, amount due.
Calculator for amounts of raw materials:
Based on orders (I give you the amount of each ingredient needed per item, & it should calculate how much it would be per orders selected. The same for plasticware which I have in stock- I’d need a calculator how much is leftover after deducting the amount used by each order,)
Filter - todays orders
Option to see only today’s orders or selected dates.
