detect time delay in a bot

I have a bot that gambles bitcoin in a hi lo game using lua scripts. I noticed that it wins bitcoins more often when there is a slight delay in it's betting. For example, if the last bet landed on high and there was a slight delay, then if I bet on low then low will likely come out in the next roll or the one after that. I need a automation bot that will detect this delay and bet for me according to the rules that I will give you. I'll send you the bot that I use and also you'l have to register on one of the bitcoin casino sites which often give out free crypto to play with so you don't have to invest anything if you're not a gambler. I can explain everything clearer and in much more details if you decide to take on this project/job if this doesn't seem very clear to you right now, I can assure you it's very straight forward all it has to do is detect the delay and bet accordingly.
