creating a keylogger

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a secure keylogger for the Windows operating system. This keylogger should be able to monitor all browser activity, recording this data and storing it securely. It needs to include features of high security in order to protect the data collected. The keylogger should be able to capture keyboard and mouse input as well as any other action that is taken within the browser. If any additional features and capabilities are necessary, I am open to discussion. I am looking for a freelancer who can take on this project and help me create the best possible keylogger.
