c++ basic project like car rental management system

I am looking for someone to build me a project that is appropriate to show programming fundamentals. It should solve any problem, like a car rental management system, a hotel rental system, a to-do list, or a game
Should have;
- loops, if/else, strings, functions, classes, arrays, vectors, pointers, and structures.
- use inheritance, polymorphism, and/or virtual functions (if possible)
- include quality comments/pseudocode
