C/C++ based time code project Merge, Cleanup and Test -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project is about developing a Clapper slate with Current Timecode with a given Frame Rate along with Time Sync device that can Jam Sync my camera to synchronize the time of the cameras. There are good opensource libraries that have full functionalities, I can assist you in doing it
The project should support
1. SMPTE Timecode Rates: 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 29.97DF and 30 FPS
2. Current Date time to SMPTE Time Code to encode Manchester bi-phase Signal.
3. decode audio that has Manchester bi-phase Signal to SMPTE Time Code
4. Use LTC Timecode according to SMPTE-12M Standard
5. Should be accurate with a Drift of less than 1 Frame within 24 Hours
