Key Functionalities:
- Automated part measurement: Automate the measurement system for rapid, efficient, and accurate components measurement.
- Detailed reporting system: Create an in-depth reporting mechanism that can generate and present extensive analytical data on the measured parts.
- Feature recognition and mapping: The program should support the feature recognition and mapping capabilities of the Zeiss CONTURA machine, enabling accurate component structuring and replication.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in programming CMM
- Knowledgeable in the micro-architecture of Zeiss CONTURA
- Proficient in Zeiss programming language
- A well-rounded understanding of part measurement, reporting, feature extraction and mapping functionalities
- Good problem solving and debugging skills are an advantage.
