Write video bytearray stream to UVC buffer in C++

Create a C++ file for linux system as following: Input: a bytearray video frame image What it does: add headers as per UVC standards then append to a bufferstream(supported by UVC). how would it be tested: we'll compile it for android and confirm UVC file is written properly.
