Write an Automated Trading Strategy

I am looking to write an automated trading strategy. The freelancer will need to follow my instructions using Market Profile and Volume Profile to pull variables such as high probability support/resistance, then write an automated trading strategy that can be backtested and optimized to run in a live market.
