Windows expert to develop a small video verification tool in C++ -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need a simple tool, for Windows, in C++ (can be MFC or Win32), which will do the following:
1. Check a video file (also scan a path of files, or scan a drive when inserted)
2. If the video is corrupted, display a message accordingly.
3. If the video is valid but has no audio, display a different message.
4. After started, stay at Tray Icon, allowing automatic scan of all video files (.mp4, mpg, .avi, mov and .wma) when a drive is inserted (i.e. a Thumb Drive), or upon request (specifying the path to scan).
5. Fixing corrupted videos will be a plus
Code should be delivered as Visual Studio C++ project.
Please no externals DLLs but only internal Windows technology like Windows Media Foundation
