Windows Software Troubleshooting: Drive & Adware
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am currently facing two software issues on my Windows system that need immediate attention.
- The first issue involves an external drive that I am trying to initialize. This drive now only appears in disk management and is no longer listed among the standard drives. Once initialized, I plan to use this drive for storing personal files.
- The second issue is related to an unwanted program/app that I've picked up. This is not a malware or virus, but rather adware that is causing pop-ups and disrupting my user experience.
