I'm seeking a developer to create a specialized WhatsApp Bot for tracking garment orders and staff efficiency. This bot will facilitate communication and monitoring across separate service groups - Cutting, Stitching, and Embroider/Beadwork.
Key Bot Functions:
- Track the progress of each order, using unique order numbers entered by tailors.
- Implement 'Reach Track' to display tailor names, codes, or phone numbers.
- Automatically generate start and end times for order completion, using a 24-hour format.
- Limit channel access to Admins only, with the ability for other staff to add to the same project/order.
- Provide comprehensive monthly statistics on order completion times versus staff performance.
- Include data on completed orders on a monthly basis.
- Use emojis or animations to denote delays (over an hour and a half), express completion happiness, and overall work excitement.
The integration of this Bot will be with a third-party platform, not directly with Twilio or the WhatsApp Business API. The primary goal of tracking staff efficiency is to improve overall productivity.
