Private software for mass automation uploading to social media (TikTok) using a specified browser. Software will automatically control browser re-opening in event of failure

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a private software for automated media uploading to a specific social media on Windows.

Key Requirements:
- The software should have specific features and functionalities based on my clear vision.
- The primary purpose of the software will be mimicking the human process of logging in to said social media, and uploading the content using rotating proxies to make each login unique
- In regards to CAPTCHA, I have an API key readily available to bypass captcha on specific social media service.
