Upload plc program form a working system then download to a non working system

I am looking for help with a project involving an upload and download for a PLC system. I am using a system that is not Siemens or Allen-Bradley and I do not have the necessary software and cables to perform the process myself. My current issue with the non-working system is that the battery backup has failed and it’s lost the program. I need someone to help me upload the plc program from my working system and then download it to the non working system. I am looking for an experienced programmer with knowledge of PLC systems to help me complete this project.The PLC is a Mitsubishi Fx & I already have the new ER6C maxell battery just need the program transfering
