Upd70F3632 Not write Data Flash (EEPROM)

I need an expert on RENESAS V850ES/Fx3-N
I have some new virgin microcontrollers
I deleted everything first to test.
1.- I write the flash code perfectly with a size of 0x5FFFF
2.- But it is necessary to write in the Dflash (EEPROM) with a size of 0xFFFF, but with my programmers via BDM it is not possible, they always give an error, some say Negative response, others checksum error...
I need advice on how I can write the Dflash (EEPROM) part.
Maybe it is possible to write via CAN BUS?
