Universal DVB Multiplex Server Creation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am seeking a skilled and experienced professional to help me develop a multiplex server (mux) for the purpose of generating a DVB-T2 mux. The key functionality I'm seeking includes:
- The ability to connect to multiple studios effectively to take in transmitted audio streams
- These streams we're delivering are based on a MPEG-TS coding format, with an approximate bitrate of 80 kbit/s
- The developed server needs to be capable of generating one approximately 50 Mbit/s DVB-T2 mux
- I would also like the server to be compatible with DVB-C and DVB-S2 broadcast standards, as these will be deliverables from our source.
Ideal skills for this project are a deep understanding of broadcasting servers, experiencing with MPEG-TS coding format, familiarity with DVB-T2, DVB-C and DVB-S2 broadcast standards, and a knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking. Understanding of audio stream processing and solid software engineering skills are an additional plus for this project.
The server should be placed in the SERVER CENTER to be connected by multiple studios delivering their content of their RADIO STATIONS to us.... we just create one STANDARD MPEG-TS mux out of it and forward it to specific hardware of countrywide distributed DVB-C modulators ... to be generating RF-based UHF signals for cable-TV networks.... - like up to 893x locations so far we might be able to deliver directly by 50 mbit/s each using that DVB-x2 mux as MPEG-TS ... (it is always the same DVB-x2 MPEG-TS mux... but the RF-interface is different....- to be transmitting to the clients receiver ... it can be DVB-T2 as own network.. using a special hardware by the manufacturer.... they will tell us later how they want that MPEG-TS... - but we have even CHEAP dvb-C encoders oder modulators for local CABLE-TV operators... like we have manufacturers being able to manufacture/produce affordable 19" rackmount-kits for even less than 150,- US-dollars ... like having 2x 10GE input ETHERNET and having RF-UHF-out for being connected to cableTV distribution system... or even to SATELLITE upstream transmitters... - I mean we have C-BAND capacity all over the world... on MANY SATELLITES ... as FULL TRANSPONDERs... so we can deliver using big 13meter dishes to their satellites all over the planet... in C-BAND as well as Ku-BAND to other systems... so we can distribute that MUX... that MPEG-TS all over the world....- which must be able to be received as standard-audio mux being used maily just for audio-streaming..... just for radio-channels.... to be finally having some stable solution... for one "GROUP of MEDIA channels" ... )
