Data Splitting

I want to split the frame (Present in parsefile.txt) and push it to a certain Port number. The frames are available in a text file, it contains idle frames that need to be separated and the main frame needs to be pushed. I have provided a sample python file used for splitting a frame, but I want the entire file (parsefile.txt) to be split as shown in task_frame.txt
