Ultra-Fast Pump.Fun Sniper Bot Creation

I am looking for someone to build for me a pump.fun sniper bot, which should be able to snipe ALL newly created coins.
This bot ONLY scans pumpfun nothing else.
It must be super fast (I have seen another person sniping newly created coins on pumpfun sometimes even faster than the pumpfun system)
The bot must continuously monitor pumpfun for new token mints scanning every millisecond. Upon detecting a new token it must be able to
• Buys the token based on my configurations.
* Saves transaction data in database.db.
* Monitors the token for:
* Take profit conditions.
* Stop loss conditions.
* Timeout conditions.
* Updates database.db with the status of each bought token.
So it is very important that the bot is very fast at sniping every newly created coin.
It must have the following features

* Stop Loss (%): Minimize losses by automatically selling at a specified loss percentage - make this a button so it can also be disabled

* There is no min or max pool size requirement

I don't want the bot to snipe coins that have migrated on to radium NO. The bot must snipe fresh newly created coins, there are around 60 new coins created every single minute and the bot should be capable of sniping every newly created coin.
This bot must use a lighting fast high-speed RPC Node.
I will require this bot to be fully set up by the owner who creates this for me, i will only approve once it's up and running as per my requirement!
