TradeStation Program Based on my C Code

Software Development: Deliverables/Requirements: Custom TradeStation code as per the detailed specifications attached (the specs include my existing C code to be implemented in TradeStation). This is a custom trading system I've developed, which you would implement in TradeStation, and for which there is are follow-on projects which would further build on this. In your quote, it would be helpful if you would please include the approximate/estimated timeframe for complete delivery of working code.
