System Protect

I want a protection system for 3D models, which must be created like as an “installer/zip” that creates a hidden registry key on the computer, identifying the model. And, if the model is opened on another computer, without the identification key, the system will have to corrupt all files of the same extension. Should the system do a periodic random scan, looking for files without the registry.
The installer must have a creator where I will be able to select the period of random searches and also insert names of the files that it should search on the installed computer. That if they are without the registry key, they must also be corrupted
