Synchronise temperature LG aircoS12ET or Mitsubhishi Airco to NILAN compact P heat pump

I have about 80 holiday houses. In these houses there are an airco (LG s12et or Mitsubishi MSZ-AP42VGK) and a NILAN compact P heat pump. Both systems can heat or cool the house but at this moment a lot of times the systems are working against each other because the temperature that is wished, is not synchronised. So the airco can ben cooling, while the heat pump is heating.

The project is:

Synchronising the temperature/HVAC:
-HVAC status must be synchronised when someone is changing the system to cool/heat/blow/etcetera at the airco or nilan
-Temperature must be synchronised when someone is changing the wished temperature at the airco or nilan


The project needs to have:
-some login with an table of all houses, and the set/wished temperature of the nilan and the set/wished temperature of the airco.
-an ability to receive a temperature from a reservation programm so when a house is. So the temperature can be controlled when people are checking in or out.
-I prefer something cloud based, so I can login everywhere.

All houses have a Nilan Compact P (see attached PDF)
Most airco's are a MSZ-AP42VGK (indoor unit) and MUZ-AP42VG (outdoor unit)
Some airco's are a LG S12et

Maybe this can be done with modbus or something. The project is:
-selecting the right hardware
-write some programming language
-With the right instructions I can connect the hardware myself easily.


I have attached the NILAN specifications. The LG and Mitsubishi airco specifics are easy to find online.
