I'm in need of a skilled IT support trainer who can assist me in training less than 10 employees with beginner-level skills. The training will cover:

- Software Installation and Configuration: Introduction to software installation and configuration processes.
- Network Troubleshooting: Basic knowledge and hands-on training on network troubleshooting.
Ideal candidates should have:
