Solve 2027 Overflow Bug in 68HC11 Binary

Fix a year-2027 overflow bug in a compiled 68HC11 binary
Pre-compiled time library (time.r07, IAR UBROF format, no source available) stores year as signed char. On 01/01/2028 overflow causes terminal to display wrong
date (currently rolls back to 1970).
We have already patched several DECA→NOP sign-extension sites. Bug persists. Need someone to disassemble the full year-rollover code path and identify what
still produces the wrong year.
Deliverable: patched time.r07 + list of every byte changed + brief explanation. Verified on real hardware (test procedure provided).
